As soon as you can this week, begin writing a pain diary. The diary should extend for this week (for this assignment), but you may continue on with the pain diary and revisit it in your Signature Assignment.
During this week, though, it's presumed you will experience some type of pain.
As part of your pain diary, please rate the intensity of your pain on a 10-point scale. Please also take either one of the two pain questionnaires:

Write a brief discussion post reflecting on some points in your diary and share your thoughts on the questionnaire and the scale.
