5. In what ways could the researcher improve reliability and validity of the assessment?

6. If the researcher wished to test for existence of significant differences in customer ratings between males and females, which inferential test would be appropriate?

7. If the researcher wished to test for existence of significant differences in customer ratings between the different race groups, which inferential test would be appropriate?

8. Why would the test used in 7 be more advantageous than the test used in 6 to test for differences?

Question 2 -

1. Based on the output above, comment on the degree of correlation between the two variables. Please quote the relevant statistic to substantiate your answer.

2. Using the standard reporting format, comment on the relationship between aptitude and performance rating.

3. Using the output generated, formulate the linear regression equation of the relationship between aptitude and performance rating.

4. Estimate the performance rating for a person who scores 9 out of 10 in the aptitude test.

2. The role of literature, empirical data and theory in analysis, in what way do they intertwine to help the researcher reach conclusions.

3. Difference between inductive and deductive approaches.

4. A description and example of 4 qualitative data analysis techniques.
