In the previous unit, you conducted an assessment using the Test Content Outline 6 Rating Scale and identified some areas of skill deficits that require additional training. For this task, conduct another assessment using the Test Content Outline 6 Rating Scale in both domains F: Behavior Assessment and G: Behavior Change Procedures and choose one Test Content Outline item from each domain (F and G) that scored the lowest.

I. If you are currently working in the field of ABA, think about a particular setting or client where increasing these target skill areas would be necessary. Let this personal experience inform the context of your response.
II. If you are not currently working in the field of ABA, choose a hypothetical client and setting of personal interest where increasing these target skill areas would be necessary. Let this hypothetical experience inform the context of your response.
First, provide a brief description of the client and the primary objectives for the client's program. Next, pinpoint a specific behavior (or set of behaviors) that aligns with each of the TCO6 items that you identified for performance training. What are some key considerations from the performance management readings that support your operational definition? Finally, discuss a plan for measuring and monitoring your performance to promote competency.
