You will need to attach a copy of the text from the original source, e.g., a photocopy, scan, screenshot ... Include full details about the source and date of publication.
"a second must be written English from a personal communication either written to you or written by you. I don't need to see a hard copy, but I do want details about the source and the context in which the ungrammaticality occurred, e.g., time, place, subject of discourse.
