Your company and Know Toys Corporation (KTI) have different telephone systems. Your company has an existing private branch exchange (PBX) telephone system that has been serving its needs for 10 years.

For this assignment, you will continue your work on the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity (DR/BC) Plan with a review and evaluation of the requirements for voice and possibly video communications continuity. You will also be incorporating your written work from the PowerPoint presentation completed as part of the prior assignment into the DR/BC Plan.

In addition, you will comment on the back-up environments that currently exist and provide recommendations regarding the viability of cloud-based storage and computing systems.
