An outline business plan for a new business start-up demonstrating clearly the factors you have explored and researched in the planning of a new enterprise LO3.
A consideration of the potential performance of your new business start-up and the factors you have considered LO3.
A critical evaluation of the potential issues that you have considered in the planning of your business start-up outlining mitigation strategies you would put in place to reduce the risks you could encounter in the launch and development of your business idea LO4.

Task 1 - Dragons' Den Presentation
You will present your business plan to a panel of judges (Dragons' Den). Consider and outline within your presentation the type of business, a description of product or services offered, objectives, market information, operational plan, strategy for growth / development and financial information. Justify your choice of business through clear research on the sector and potential markets to demonstrate the viability of your business. (LO1)

You are required to work as a group (of not more than 6 people) on this task. When working as a group, individual contribution will be measured individual presentations and responses to questions.
A presentation schedule will be published on the Student Portal, the presentation should last no longer than 10 minutes. Additional time will be added for the panel to ask questions and explore your business idea in detail.
