For this assignment, you are required to present 3 professional goals tied to TKES. Your professional goals should be more in-depth than "I want to be a better writer." While that's a good goal, that we should all have, it's a small scale priority - think big picture. Strive for goals that will have a significant impact on your effectiveness as a teacher and as a teacher leader. Your goals should have a positive effect on your colleagues and, either directly or indirectly, on the students in your school. It is essential that you make your goals measurable (qualitatively or quantitatively). Thus, construct your goals in a way that allows you to monitor your progress. After you have decided on your goals, create a video presentation that is no longer than 5 minutes in duration, which summarizes your professional goals. Provide a summary of those goals, your rationale for selecting those goals, and your action plans for the respective goals. You should strive for a presentation that is polished and professional in delivery. Pretend that the superintendent of your school plans to watch your video (prepare adequately).

You can record directly into Canvas. Alternatively, you can record a video using another program, then upload it into Canvas, or upload it to YouTube and provide a link (I recommend this option).
