Task
Individually, students are required to record a 10-minute video presenting a detailed change management proposal to the healthcare organisation's leadership, based on your group's second assessment.
Assessment Description
In this individual assessment, students will be given an opportunity to develop a change management proposal that could be used to support the leadership team of the healthcare organisation from Assessment 2.
Assessment Instructions
To begin working on your proposal, you must review the findings that your group identified in Assessment 2. Subsequently, you will develop a comprehensive change management proposal for the chosen organisation to assist the leadership team in implementing the proposed recommendation.
Now presume as a consultant, you are presenting your findings to the leadership team of the organisation. Your proposal in a 10-minute presentation must include:
Overview: An overview of the selected issue and proposed recommendation from Assessments 2.
