This patient is G2P0A2, 15-year-old Hispanic female present at the clinic with complaints of heavy periods and has had 2 miscarriages within 3 months of each other. She does not have any associated pain other than the usual cramps. Not on any medications or contraception. The heavy flow started after her second miscarriage but has started to ease up as the months pass. She is 5ft.4in and weighs 170 pounds. Menarche age 9 with normal cycles admit to being sexually active with two partners. Report a h/o chlamydia and gonorrhea 5 months ago report she was treated, and her sex partners were informed to get treated as well. She does not take any medications. Has no allergies. Report that she is current on all adolescent vaccinations and immunizations not sure of HPV Vaccine. No medical problems and no surgeries.
