Overview:
As the Senior Estimator for BAA Constructions P/L, you have been assigned the responsibility of preparing and submitting a competitive tender for a segment of the BAA Retail Development project. This tender will be subject to review and approval by the General Manager, ensuring alignment with BAA Constructions' policies and procedures.
Your task involves the estimation and submission of a detailed proposal covering the construction of the ground-floor café and the first-floor residential unit only. The tender must be prepared in accordance with the provided PN20361 Tender Invitation (v1.1) and relevant contractual and specification documents.
Tender Scope and Requirements:

The project must be completed within 14 weeks from commencement to handover.
A Supervisor will oversee the project, working 48 hours per week across four projects. The
Supervisor is a wage-earning employee of the company, provided with a company vehicle and does not receive a travel allowance.
A Labourer will be assigned to the project and will receive a travel allowance due to the lack of a company vehicle.

Supervisor: $66.36/hr
Labourer: $36.13/hr
Labourer's car allowance: $27.82/day
Project Task 2.12 - Costings
