Travel details: Khaled, Omar and Adam need

1. A return flight from Madinah KSA to Istanbul in Turkey. Departing 15th May 2018
(this needs to be changed by the Assessor according to the date the Assignment is issued)

2. A taxi from Anwar Al MadinahMovenpick Hotel Madinah to the airport.
3. Taxi from Istanbul airport to the hotel
4. Hire car for 2 days in Istanbul
5. Taxi from hotel in Istanbul to the airport
6. Hotel needs to have an en suite, internet access with facilities to carry out an electronic presentation.
7. Taxi from the airport to Anwar Al MadinahMovenpick Hotel Madinah

Take a screenshot of all the bookings made

All Screen shot evidence needs to be copied and pasted into a word document to be assessed.

Once All bookings are made they need to be confirmed by the Managing Director. You must send him all the details via email.

Payment details:

20% within 2 days of the booking and the rest 7 days before travelling

Task 1

Create a checklist table all the bookings that need to be carried out including the contact person's name and details.

Task 2

Prepare an itinerary of all the bookings with the best options available and confirm these details to the Managing Director via email.

Make sure the accommodation has all the facilities required.

Take a screen shot of your email to the Director showing that you have checked the best option and the itinerary.

Task 3

The Director has decided that they wish to stay for 1 extra night. Change itinerary by making adjustments to the bookings and confirm arrangements again.

In your email confirm when and how payment needs to be made.

Task 4

Khaled, Omar and Adam, would like to do some sightseeing while they are in Istanbul

Produce a travel pack which includes information for the following:

Visa information Khaled Omar and Adam are Saudi Nationals
Local currency
Time difference
Approximate temperature
Tourist places to visit
Make a word document with all this information

Task 5

Create a folder for Unit 12 Business Travel and save the bookings, making sure you have clearly labelled the folder appropriately.
