Task - Sketch Cost Plan:

Using the provided drawings prepare an elemental sketch design cost plan (comparative cost estimate) for Blue Point Road Project.

The format must be similar to the ACMM format. The price should be valid as at 1 January 2018.

Your submission shall include the completion of the following forms

- Cost Plan Summary - Single Building Project
- Single Building Elemental Summary
- Elemental Cost Plan Summary (to be completed in CostX)
- Elemental Cost Analysis (to be completed in CostX)

Also:
- Measurements are to be completed in CostX
- List of exclusion, assumptions, specification, calculations & rate build-ups

Notes & Tips:
- Assumptions & exclusions must be reasonable and clearly stated in the submission.
- The cost plan description can form part of the assumed specification.
- Slowly go through each item in the relevant section of the cost guide to ensure all items are accounted for.
- Land costs & loose furniture should be noted as exclusions.
- Use the elemental analysis prepared in part 1.3 as an element cost check.
- Use figured dimensions where possible and scale as necessary.
- Calculations & rates build-ups must be clearly set out & attached to your submission
