Annotated bibliography [five (5) papers – 25 marks (85%) – 250 x 5 = 1250 words] For each paper – Clearly stated the full reference first and then addressed the following points in 2-3 paragraphs for each annotated bibliography: Stated the aim, objective or research questions of the selected study, Stated the underlying theory(ies) of the selected study, Explained the brief research methods, including research contexts or study location, sample size, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques, Stated the major findings of the study, Stated the major limitations of the study, and Stated the future research directions of the study.

Introduction – introduces the aim of the annotated bibliography task, the importance of the topic/title in understanding the services marketing in a particular area, how the five papers were selected and from which data sources, and overall findings of the critical review of the five research papers. Conclusion – summarises the critical reflections and future research in a particular area of services marketing. Sentence and grammar Format and layout Citations and references – included suggested journals, publication date, and their citations

Overall quality – 5 marks (15%) Student’s names and ID number, Unit code and name, campus, term and year, A title of the assessment task – choose a small topic area of services marketing that you have been taught between week 1 and 3, for example, performance, satisfaction, service quality etc. Then choose an industry, such as higher education or tourism. Now your title and area is: “service quality in higher education”, for example. Develop a solid, small and specific title for your report. Names of the unit coordinator, lecturer and tutor, Abstract – read the introduction and conclusion sections, and paraphrase those here. A table of contents – includes introduction, titles of the five papers, conclusion and references, and their page numbers.
