Assessment - Group Analyst Report and Individual Video Presentation

Task
Students will work in groups of 3 to 4 members to select an ASX-listed company. The group will then prepare an analyst report based on both financial and non-financial analysis of the chosen company during Week 8 workshop. Finally, each student will individually present actionable recommendations to a nominated stakeholder through a recorded video presentation and submit it in Week 9.

The assessment has two submissions in Week 8 and 10, as follows.

Submission 1 (Group), Week 8 In-Class, Analyst Report, 1200 words (Maximum), Company Background, Financial Performance Analysis and Non-Financial Performance Analysis (please check the Assessment 2 - Part 1 guide and instructions for further details).

Assessment Description
Students will:
form groups of 3-4 members.

Collaboratively develop an analyst report and submit a video presentation individually on their selected company, using concepts learned in Workshops 1 to 7, present and interpret financial and non-financial (including sustainability) data related to the company through the analyst report.
