The following should be completed by each group member using data from their own school.
Identify the various meetings and events that occur in your school that require the availability of data for decision-making.
Identify key meetings in your school that require access to data for decision-making (e.g., parent-teacher conferences, faculty meetings, leadership team meetings, grade-level team meetings, collaborative planning, School Improvement Plan, Mid -Year Reflections, etc.). Refer to the example of a completed "Data Question Organizer" on page 225 on The Data Driven School.
For each event, list the date, participants, data needed, and tools required to access the data.
For each meeting/event identified, create a table listing:

Data that are needed for the meeting/event
Work backward to determine how the data will be gathered and made available.
Tools/software required to access the data
Identify when the data need to be gathered (e.g., testing windows for assessment data).
Determine how the data will be gathered (e.g., stored in software), who is responsible for this process, and how much time is needed.
Consider any necessary training for participants prior to the event.
