Overview: Executives would be required to prepare a post-seminar research paper for submission. The paper must demonstrate a broad knowledge of the literature, an ability to integrate and critique the literature, and most importantly, develop novel conceptual/theoretical insights.

You will have to write your term paper on the research topic which have already been approved for you. The term paper MUST focus on a business-related issue. The term paper should refer to at least ten (10) articles from academic journals in your area of research. Do not use internet sources that are not from journals.

Term Paper Format: - Theoretical Perspective and Conceptual Model

Each student is required to turn in a term paper. Your paper will focus on reviewing the extant literature to develop a theoretical framework and a conceptual model for your proposed study of your DBA programme. The paper should be prepared using the Academy of Management style guide (I will provide a copy of the guide; you could also discern the guide from papers published in the Academy of Management Journal or Academy of Management Review. Examples of the papers include the papers by Bartunek et al. (2006) and Sudabby (2014)). The term paper:

• Selecting a theory (s) that will inform your topic of study.
• Justification of selecting the theory.
• The main variables in the theory (s).
