Assignment -

In this written assignment, you are asked to financially evaluate and present the wind farm project idea outlined in appendix 1 (Appendix - Characteristics of the Sample Wind Farm Project).

You are supposed to prepare a draft cash flow plan in Microsoft Excel and to present the project to prospective debt and equity financing providers in the form of a project information teaser document. Take into account the information provided in the first online lecture.

Deliverables are the following:

Please submit the project information teaser to Moodle (as PDF file, not secured). The overall paper should not be longer than five pages without footnotes.
Please also submit to Moodle the cash flow plan reflecting the information provided in appendix 1 (as XLS file). You can use the empty financial model file provided or develop your own Excel sheet.
