You will need to select an existing Canadian organization. The organization, which can be profitable or nonprofitable, private or governmental, should have an existing website that clearly outlines its vision and mission.

You will need to create a scenario indicating the cause leads the organization to prepare a communication plan. The scenario can be about:

an internal or external issue (Ex: poor working condition, fear of product failure)
a challenge that the organization wants to avoid facing (Ex: Merge failure)
or a new opportunity that the organization wants to benefit from (Attracting new investors)

The communication goals: You need to set communication goals that you want to achieve when you execute your communication plan.
