She is trying to explain what assistance she would like first, but as you cannot understand her requests, she looks frustrated and becomes quite verbally critical toward you.

Person 2: The Polish consumer Halyna smiles as she answers the door as she is grateful for assistance. The support worker suggests some home tasks they can undertake when it becomes apparent, she is living with hearing challenges. Halyna try to direct her needs to them by pointing out areas in her home, though they do not seem to understand and keep making other unwanted suggestions.
