Question
Today is JI 's first visit to a healthcare provider since she was 12 and now she is 23. She reports the only reason she was seen at age 12 was to receive a tetanus (Td) vaccine following a cut from rusted barbed wire to her leg. She takes no medications and considers herself healthy. she works in a family owned farm as a third generation. she is a high school graduate and manages the farm.
She employs about 30 migrant workers in the growing/harvesting, grows cotton, corn and sweet potatoes on about 200 acres, has 1200 chickens contracted through a large chicken producing company housed on acreage within 2 miles of her primary residence. She has recently added a small herd of 75 beef cattle housed in a large barn and fenced property 5 miles from her primary residence. She operates all equipment (tractors, harvesters,) and also uses computer technology to manage the chicken houses, finances and procedures such as fertilizing, pesticides and feed.
The reason for her visit is she has recently become engaged to JM and is seeking a physical examination with birth control today. Based on the above information and as her Advance primary care provider,

2. Based on what you know from the above information , what physical examination components does JI need today?
