You should choose a TEDTalkon one of the following subjects:
1. Ethics
2. Learning Organizations
3. Corporate Responsibility

You will provide a summary of the talk and you will analyze that theory/topic in terms of your life and its application to business.
The purpose of this assignment is to help you learn more about these theories/topics and relate it to your life for personal and professional development as a business leader in your organizations. Additional instructions are provided on the next page and in the grading rubric.

Formatting guidelines:
- APA Style (7th ed.) - cover page, double-spaced, etc. -Use this link for formatting guidance.
- Essay format (i.e., not point form)
- Part A - 2 pages maximum| Part B - 2 pages maximum
- You do not need to cite or reference course materialswhich were provided to you by the instructor. However, if you choose to utilize any source other than course materials, which were provided to you by the instructor, you must properly cite sources in-text as well as on a reference page. Part A- Research

You are required to watch a TEDTalk on the topic of Ethics, Learning Organizations or Corporate Social Responsibility. You will then provide a 2-page maximum summary of the most important aspects of that presentation (e.g., what it is, what the main components of it are, what it means to an organization, why it is important, what the presented research shows about the implementation of that theory, benefits, limitations, etc.).

When the reader is finished reading this section, they should know the most important aspects of your presentation.

Student will include 1 source of peer-reviewed material that supports the presenter's theory in this section. Student will also include thesource of your selected TEDTalk on your reference page. These sources should account for most of your information. You may include other types of sources as well. Any material used as reference material that is not a part of the class PowerPoints, Handouts, Brightspace, should be included on the reference page.

Part B - Reflection

You are required to prepare a 2-page maximum personal reflection on your theory/topic. Specifically, answer these questions in essay format:

- Have you seen and/or you experienced this theory/topic in your professional life? If so, provide specific examples. If you have not experienced it, how would you have liked to see it implemented?

- Will you integrate this theory/topic into your strategic management approach in the future? If so, why, and how? If not, why?

When the reader is finished reading this section, they should have an understanding about your experiences with the subject matter of your presentation, how the implementation of the presentation's material affected you or how you can possibly use the presentation material in the future.
