Introduction:
In this research paper, there are several guidelines added throughout which the new person who is selected as a replacement of my current job will get assistance and be familiar on how to carry out the job. A job analysis exercise as well as a job description is produced. Using the job description, a recruiting plan and selection strategy including testing and interviewing is developed. The person's job performance has also been evaluated after he/she is selected. A performance evaluation philosophy and method is also as well developed. Apart from all this the position salary range has also been given. Finally, training and development issues are addressed for professional growth.
Job Analysis:
Job analysis is the organized study of jobs to recognize the apparent tasks, work activities and everyday jobs linked with a particular profession or group of professions. According to Dessler, a job analysis is the method throughout which the duties of the jobs are determined and the distinctiveness of the people to employ (Cummongs & Worley, 2005). The analysis generates information on the job's activities (for example selling, cleaning, or teaching) in addition to human requirements (for instance education and skills).
