Question: Perform basic analysis on a dataset using either SPSS or Excel. The data that needs to be analyzed is quantitative in nature, and there are more than 10 variables that need to be included in the analysis.

Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in SPSS and/or Excel

- Strong understanding of quantitative data analysis techniques

- Experience working with datasets with a large number of variables

- Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret and analyze data

- The data is qualitative-based on questionnaire responses. You need to code it an use SPSS to analyze it. I also need specific interpretation of the results. Please consider the following:

The scope of the research will focus on Information Technology related projects. the research will be carried out over a 3-month period, the research is limited to IT project managers, thus the findings cannot be generalized for other project types like large engineering or construction projects, due to time constraint the research will be restricted in the number of respondents it can engage within the timeline. A larger number of respondents might have produced more robust and varied findings.

The study intends to examine various metrics used to assess project performance, the purpose of this research is to assess the significance and impact of various success variables on project outcomes. The goal of this course is to learn methods and best practices for successful project management. Finally, the study aims to contribute to higher project success rates by providing insights on the essential factors that project managers should concentrate on.
