A paper about the future view of environment and community development.

Using Leopold's "February" as a model, use this short writing assignment to describe what a tree planted today would ‘experience' occurring around it if the tree is lucky enough to survive for 50 years (until 2063). Draw upon issues and your perspective on the future of topics related to community development (you may ‘plant' your tree in any location you choose-if your interests are international development choose an international setting, if your interests are urban neighborhoods your tree can be planted in an urban setting). Be sure to indicate where your tree is located in your answer and why it is located there.
