How do you deal when you experience with a rude patient? As a professional, I don't take it personally if my patient is being rude to me because maybe there is something going on with him/her, we never know he/she isn't in his/her best mood. I try to stay calm and connect with the patient.

How did you handle this situation, the pandemic in regards to your roles and functions? We just have to accept that covid is really here and I remind everyone in the barangay to practice health protocols and share it to the people. We become the role model in this pandemic as well as the role model for health and well-being. I, personally, considers my health to have a healthy and strong body to serve the people in my municipality. This is also to become a reflection for them and be able to imitate it from me.
