Client appears flushed, in significant discomfort and complains of generalized body pain as well. The client is anxious and is unable to sit still and pacing due to discomfort. Client confirms that he has engaged in sexual activity with a female unknown to him during a party. The ultrasound is negative for testicular torsion but states that the client has epididymo-orchitis and there is no indication of a UTI based on the urine analysis. When is a "test of cure" not recommended for chlamydia?
