A start-up Internet Service Provider Company RGIT.NET who are planning to compete with iiNET and TPG in the 2nd tier ISP market in several states around Australia, RGIT.NET hired you to assist them in determining how they will be affected by privacy legislation. The software being designed by the company will contains personal information of a client such as full name, address, contact number and some financial information of the customers.
RGIT.NET employs over 500 employees and the only form of privacy policy they have is a hastily written paragraph on their website indicating that "information relating to an account will only be released to the account holder and will not be distributed to any third party or individual".
Task Requirements:
For this Task you're assigned to submit the following:
1. Report for RGIT.NET containing an overview of industry standard intellectual property (IP) and copyright legislation, policies and procedures.

3. Prepare a review of

4. Update privacy policy and procedures and code of ethics so that these are aligned with required privacy legislations
5. After you prepare the above documents, provide a plan to distribute the policy and procedures to stakeholders according to RGIT.NET procedures.
6. Prepare a plan to implement updated procedures and ethics as per RGIT.NET requirements.
7. Test level of integrity, confidentiality, security and availability of information according to industry standards and RGIT.NET policies and procedures.
8. Submit all reports along with grievance procedures to RGIT.NET CEO and seek a feedback.
9. Make required modifications and obtain final sign-off from RGIT.NET CEO.
