Green Apple, Inc., an environmentally-conscious manufacturer of computer software and applications, feels overpopulation is the greatest threat to the global environment. To do its part in reducing world over-population, Green Apple, Inc. requires its employees to sign employment contract, which among other things, requires the employee to promise not to have or father more than one biological child. Parker Papillon was hired as a financial analyst and signed the employment contract with knowledge of this provision. Parker was fired from his job after his supervisor learned that Parker's wife gave birth to their second child.  Parker admits that his wife recently gave birth to his second child, and sues Green Apple, Inc. for firing him.  Parker alleged that Green Apple violated his constitutional right to privacy under the U.S. Constitution. Does Parker have a cause of action for a constitutional violation against Green Apple? Explain
