Before starting this assessment, your assessor will also discuss with you these tasks as well as instructions and guidance for satisfactorily completing them. They will also organise the resources required for this assessment

Part I. Project Planning
1.1 Determine Project Quality Requirements

Identify at least two quality requirements imposed by project clients
Identify at least two quantifiable quality criteria that project deliverables must meet
Develop at least two quality requirements in the project processes

Part II. Project Implementation and Monitoring
2.1 Implement Quality Assurance Audits
You will play the role of Sam Ng for this assessment.
Record a video which outlines how you would implement quality assurance on two projects processes while applying quality management tools and technologies.
How you will implement quality assurance in the project processes will depend on the agreed quality standards and guidelines in your project plan.
You will be assessed on:
Practical knowledge of quality assurance
Practical skills relevant to implementing quality assurance
Your assessor will also:
Provide you with a copy of your organisation's policies and procedures relevant to implementing quality assurance and discuss these policies and procedures with you.
Organise workplace resources required for you to complete this assessment.

After completing this task, submit the following to your assessor:
Copies of documentation relevant to quality standards that you followed during the implementation of quality assurance on the project
Copies of documentation relevant to quality guidelines that you followed during the implementation of quality assurance on the project
2.2 Maintain Quality Control Records
The project has now been launched and is in the "process stage".
Playing the role of Sam Ng , review the project's quality control records and audit documentation, and update them as needed according to relevant organisational procedures.
You will be assessed on:
Practical knowledge of quality control records and audit documentation
Practical skills relevant to maintaining quality control records and audit documentation
Your assessor will also:
Provide you with a copy of your organisation's policies and procedures relevant to records maintenance, and discuss these policies and procedures with you.
Organise workplace resources required for you to complete this assessment.
Discuss with you the requirements listed in the Assessor's Checklist prior to the assessment.

After completing this task, submit the following to your assessor:
Copies of updated quality records and audit documentation
Copies of project documents that you accessed and reviewed, e.g., the original quality records and audit documentation that were updated, the project's approved quality control plan, inspection records for deliverables, etc.
2.3 Communicate Shortfalls in Quality Outcomes
Playing the role of Sam Ng, hold a meeting with project team leaders and management to communicate the initially documented shortfalls in quality outcomes in order to enable appropriate action to be initiated.
You will be assessed on:

Practical skills relevant to communication

3.1 Participate in Review of Project Outcomes
Playing the role of Sam Ng, participate in a project review meeting with relevant stakeholders and contribute to reviewing the effectiveness of quality management processes with relevant stakeholders.

You will be assessed on:
Practical knowledge of project quality management issues and project quality management tools and techniques.
Practical skills relevant to determining the effectiveness of quality management from a review of project performance.

3.2 Document Lessons Learned
Prepare a Lessons Learned Document identifying and documenting the quality management issues encountered during the project and recommendations to address these issues.
Report the lessons learned you documented to your supervisor/Manager and other project stakeholders through an email.
You will be assessed on:
Practical knowledge of quality management issues and improvements to address them.
Practical skills relevant to identifying and documenting quality management issues.
Practical skills relevant to recommending improvements to quality management issues.
