A very large organisation undertook a survey of their employees. They wanted to know what proportion of employees would use an office crèche if made available. 14% of employees were found to have children younger than school age and so could use a crèche. Of these employees, 31% then indicated they would use an office crèche if made available. What proportion of the organisation's employees would use an office crèche (as a decimal to 3 decimal places)?
