1) Critically evaluate and recommend strategic options for an organisation's corporate entrepreneurship audit.

3) Critically evaluate the role of corporate entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship as organisational responses to disruptive environmental change.

This assignment requires you to:

Provide a concise and succinct recommendation report, as an external consultant, on the intrapreneurial organisation that you have studied. Clearly articulate the results of the audit and critically identify and analyse a number of strategic options/areas for improvement in terms of entrepreneurial orientation. Critically evaluate the options and present your final recommendations.

Use appropriate research sources to identify an intrapreneurial organisation, assess its entrepreneurial orientation and critically evaluate how this organisation responds to or creates environmental change.

Your analysis must be supported with appropriate research sources.
