NURS317 Health Assignment - Create a Genogram.

For this assignment you must include grandparents/parents/aunts/uncles/self/siblings/ children/grandchildren.

This is my information - I am Chaldean but my grandparents from both sides are Chaldean grandma from dad side died at 65 natural causes and grandpa from dad side died at 67 natural causes I have 1 uncle 66 still alive high blood pressure and cholesterol .my father died at 60 years from amyloid disease my mother is 54(smoker) and still alive have 2 brothers age 32smoker and 23smoker and a sister age 20 ulcerative collitis and IAM 29.my grandpa and grandma from moms side grandpa died from Parkinson's at he age of 70 grandma 67 still alive high blood pressure diabetes . I have 2 aunts and one uncle from moms side 1 aunt smoker has 1 boy age 2 and my other aunt smoker has 2 girls ages 15 and 29 and a boy age 22my uncle smoker has 2 boys 19 and 16.

Note - Need genogram just like the attached example.
