Question

It expanded the term intelligence to refer to skills that aren't normally considered intelligence. I really wish our school system as a whole would focus more on this! Just because a child is not excelling in math, does not mean that they aren't intelligent. They could be really good at communicating with others, which would mean they have a high interpersonal intelligence. I think we should do more to foster students' strengths instead of harping on their weaknesses. Sure, it's important to ensure they understand certain things, but I also think they should be praised for what they ARE good at. What are your thoughts on this?'
