An electron with electric charge of 1.6 10-19 C falls through a potential difference of 73 kV in the vacuum of an X-ray tube. What is the kinetic energy of the electron, assuming it started from rest and that there is no loss of energy to friction? (Note: 1 volt = 1 joule/coulomb.)
