When someone says they are taking us to court we naturally experience some discomfort. I find screaming for 5 minutes is helpful, but I digress. In class and our book, we considered two major court cases that went all the way to the Supreme Court. Turns out they had monster impacts on race in the United States. They were Plessey v Ferguson (late 1800's) and Brown v Board of Education (1950's). Which answer MOST clearly explains what these two laws meant?
