This week you read Chapter 9 which discussed motivation and emotion.  For this week's discussion chose ONE of the following:

 

1.  Motivation is a psychological and biological process that varies from one person to another.  Discuss how and why we experience different levels of motivation and include your personal experiences with motivation, as well as anything you do to motivate yourself when needed.

OR

2.  Emotions come in many different forms and vary in the manner in which people experience or demonstrate the same emotion.  Discuss emotions to include the biological aspects of emotions.  Ensure you include why people may demonstrate different emotions from each other when they are experiencing the same situation together; you may want to share personal experiences.  Your discussion may include prescriptions used for balancing chemicals responsible for some emotions. 

As always be sure to meet the discussion requirements provided in the syllabus which is not less than 300 words.
