How do u get the Present value of interest numbers and in most cases the numbers for present value of cash flows seems inaccurate is it simply Actual Cash flows x Present value of interest please clarify for the Rio Clara Case in question My question can't get anymore clear see the answer provided and please explain the question above there is no other way to ask this please answer ASAP as I am paying for your services ? needs more info to ask is ridiculous please refer the answer for the Rio Clara Inc Case re the Maracas
