JD is a normal 10 yr old white male. He is sedentary most of the time and would rather play computer games than play outdoors or participate in sports. His mother is concerned about his long-term health. She got a few tests done on him. The test results are as follows:

Subscapularis: 19 mm
Triceps: 21 mm
Cardiorespiratory endurance:
VO2max (treadmill) = 38 ml/kg/min
Mile run = 9 min 45 sec

Sit-ups per minute = 20
