A 35 year old female admitted to the Med-Surge unit with abdominal Pain started 3 days ago, she reports after eating some fried chicken which was very spice. She also had curly seasoned fries with the chicken. She complains of acid reflux as well as right lower side abdominal pain, near the belly button and then moves to the R side. She also report periods of nausea, vomiting fevel, chills and lon of appetite . Pain is sharp at times dull VS: BP= 132/88 P;92 R=20 O2 set=97% T= 100 Do as a nursing care plan 1- Need 3 nursing diagnosis 2- Interventions 3- Evaluation 4- Anticipatory test the physician may order; borh, labs, diagnostic.
