Many traditional “bricks and mortar” industries have been faced with rapid technological changes. Some companies in those industries survived by modifying their business and/or technology models. Others failed because they could not or would not adopt to the modern technologies. Yet, others made a compromise by keeping the “bricks and mortar” model and complementing it with a technological model to remain competitive on both fronts.

Choose an industry that faced or is facing such changes. Outline a company in that industry that either adopted, failed, or made a partial compromise to survive the new challenges. Your analysis should show, among other things, the challenges faced and the techniques implemented to face those challenges. Appropriate headings and executive report style of writing is expected for this essay.

Should include a PPT presentation.
