Step 1: Evidence collection and Evalution

Collect Evidence
Select three pieces of evidence to support your caree!/decision-making process. Include ONE piece of evidence for each of the following cotegories:

Self: Evidence about yourself, such as results from a career assessment (e.g., the Work Readiness Scale (WRS), SuperStrong Interest Inventory or the Career Drivers questionnaire).

Role: Evidence about a role within a professional area you are interested in. Your evidence should be a position description (PD) thot is no more than three months old.

Organisation: Evidence about the organisation where the role you have chosen is offered (e.g., company websites or social media, Prosple, or industry reports).

Reference your evidence in the template using APA 7 citations.

Step 2: Reflection on a Professional Area

In this step, you will explore and reflect on o professional area you ore interested in drawing from the evidence you collected in Step 1 and relevant course content.
Address all the following questions in your reflection:

Answers should be written with a formal scientific/ academic writing style with adherence to referencing requirements. Try and write concisely, using short sentences and paragraphs. While writing in third person odds objectivity and a confident tone to your writing style, the use of pronouns such as 'I' and 'me' (i.e., adopting a first-person perspective or writing in first-person) is acceptable and appropriate for this task because of its focus on personal reflection.
