Make a recommendation on how to design a potential evaluation, in which you explicitly discuss how you would operationalize the dependent variables. "In this week's discussion post, we explore how to better understand and analyze research, while also gaining more insights into how to use evaluation knowledge effectively. To understand research analysis better, we will use an article by Bowland and colleagues (2012) as a reference. This article talks about a study that looked at whether a special group therapy could help older women who had experienced trauma, like abuse or violence (Bowland et al., 2012). The therapy was focused on spirituality and involved 11 sessions (Bowland et al., 2012). If I were the researcher in charge, I would implement certain adjustments to address this limitation and ensure the study can be replicated successfully. For starters, I'd have more than one person responsible for recruiting, screening, and conducting the intervention in the study. This would ensure that participants aren't influenced in any way.
