Prompt: Since the foundation of anthropology as an academic discipline, a major dimension of cultural anthropology has been to explore and compare the diversity of human groups.

For this assignment, students will select a linguistic and cultural group (other than the Dobe Ju/Hoansi) whose worldviews and cultural practices are substantially different from those in the United States (for example, the Songhay, the Quechua, the Inuit, etc).
