Many times people think by just starting to workout they will loose all the weight they want, but with the excising comes the diet. People expect to loose the weight by running miles everyday but do not change their eating habits. You can work out everyday but without changing your diet you are not going to reach the results that you would like. It can start small just by changing not eating out as much and then only snacking on healthy options. For this discussion board I want you to say if you have changed your eating habits since starting this class, if you are currently working on it or if you plan to start in the near future. Discuss what you have done to make these changes. I want you to be honest so if you have not changed anything please state so and talk about why you think it is that you are able to eat whatever you want and maintain your weight at a healthy level
