Years ago, long distance calling was extremely expensive. When I grew up it cost $10 or more per minute to call Europe. Given I had family living there our conversations were really short. (This was in the day before the Internet). Using this example, how might the communication company's vary their channel strategies to meet the needs of various customer segment groups? Why do you think these would be effective?
