I am doing psychology research on consentration on a listening task effects motor performance. i am reading particpants a story which they will later be asked questions on. I am alos asking them to compleate a motor task of puzzle borad in which they have to put the correct shapes while listeing to the story. but i am confused about my dependant and independant variable and how to measure my results. should the independant variable be the stoiry and dependant varible be the motor task and should i measure the amoutnof questions particpants got right or the amount of shapes they compleated? iv been doinng this for hours and got myself all confused.?
