She consumes a well balanced low caloric diet and takes nutritional supplements. Her Blood Pressure and blood glucose is within normal range. However, according to her BMI she is obese (30.1). She has arthritis in both knees and glaucoma and cataracts in both eyes What is a good nutritional teaching plan for this patient? Also.. Can I teach her about nutrition and physical activity to promote weight loss?
