Lifeline Spay and Neuter Clinics Atlanta is a nonprofit making organization which concentrates on adopting the homeless animals especially cats and dogs. Their mission is to end the euthanasia of healthy and treatable dogs and cats in the shelters.

The mission of this organization is to adopt the homeless animals, and to provide spay at low or even at times no costs. They also advocate for lifesaving and public policy. This is by creating awareness to the society on the importance of saving the animals and giving them shelter. Lifeline Spay has performed seventy five thousand low cost and no costs spay/neuter surgeries.

Lifeline Spay experiences over five hundred cases of abandoned dogs which they medicate and also carry out behavioral rehabilitation. These animals are mostly abandoned and others abused by other animals or by people. They shelter these animals and make them feel at home because they have the right of life according to Lifeline Spay and Neuter clinics.

Lifeline Spay experiences very many questions through their contact numbers from the members of the society. They try to make people understand the importance of the program, and encourage the citizens to support them in the project.

They explain to people that having many pets at home has become one of the very many reasons why pets do not get the appropriate attention and they end up running away from home and ending up in the streets.

Most pets loitering in the streets end up being killed, injured or even lacking a place to spend. Most people are afraid that when they take their pets to Lifeline Spay they might be affected in various ways, but the organization assures them that their pets will be affected but only in a positive dimension. This is because the pets will be trained to stop roaming, and also to stop fighting with other pets. Fighting with other animals is a common issue with most pets.

This project is trying to put across various social issues. First, they try to advocate that the animals should be taken care of and protected as we humans too require the protection. Lifeline Spay encourages animal protection and they also welcome those involved in such protection in their organization. Their program is mostly made possible by the help of a stream of pet lovers. These are the people who would not stand to see an animal being mistreated or being neglected.

The other social issue being brought forward by this organization is that animals are equally important in the society.

This is because they receive any abandoned pet and give it shelter. They do not select the type of pets to treat and rehabilitate, only that they mostly treat cat and dogs because those are the most common pets. They receive donations so as to continue with their job, and they do not experience taxes from the government, meaning that the government is supporting the project.

This organization has a management team which is commonly referred to as the board of governors. This board of governors is made up of fifteen members ranging from the president of the organization to the owner, frogs to dogs.
This organization has enough members in the board of directors meaning that almost all the areas of need in the organization are represented. For example, there is a person responsible for the fitness of the pets under rehabilitation. They even have a sales manager who is responsible for the sales of the rehabilitated pets to willing customers. They sell these pets at low prices because they do not want to make profits but to get money which will help in running the project.

This structure is ideal for the organization so as to ensure that the programs in the organization run smoothly, and they fulfill their objectives. Like any other organization, management structure is the key to the development. Every member of the management team makes sure that he has done his work in the organization for the wellbeing of the pets.

The organization has contacts which people from the society can use to connect with Lifeline Spay. This shows that the management has come up with the easiest way to communicate with the people of Atlanta so as to expand the working of the organization. People ask very many questions about pets and why they should take their pets to Lifeline Spay and they get instant answers. This excellent organization of the management team has enabled Lifeline Spay to fulfill its objectives of rehabilitating homeless pets and treating the injured animals

In conclusion, animals should be taken care of in the society. This will reduce cruelty of the animals to human beings, and also reduce the abuse of the animals in the society. Animals can be taken to a rehabilitation center where they can be trained to live a better life. People should also come up with organizations to help rehabilitate pets which have been abandoned so as to give them better lives.
