Assessment requirements:
Write a personal leadership plan in 1,200 words by reviewing and summarising the theories about leadership from Topics 1, 2 and 3, and then applying these into your own leadership traits, motives and characteristics, particularly as they would apply in the global hospitality industry. This is a reflective journal report, and within the report, you can benchmark a leader that you respect and admire.
Part 2 - Leadership case study

Assessment requirements:
Write an individual case study report in 1,300 words about one (1) of the 4 global hospitality leadership situations provided to you, and conduct research into this situation. You are then required to analyse your chosen situation in relation to different aspects of adaptive leadership and prepare an analytical report about this issue as it applies in global hospitality today.
Choose one (1) of the following situational aspects for your case study and conduct research into
this situation from a global hospitality perspective:
1. Ethics (for example, commissions to online travel agents, overbooking etc)
2. Sustainability
3. Employee relations (for example, salary, benefits, working environment, expatriate workers etc)
