Leveraging Consumer Behavior: The gambling industry uses "gambling cards" at tables or slots to try to change the behavior of the customer. The gambling industry's goal is to get the customer to spend more money (or time) in their property. They know that when a customer is focused on a specific number of points (dollars) needed in order to receive a reward (dinner, room, etc.), they will play more to attain that level. This is an example of leveraging the consumer's behavior to generate additional revenue. list two more examples where businesses try to change the behavior of the consumer to meet their business objectives. For each of three businesses identified, including the gambling example, does knowing the intent of the business cause you to want to change your own behavior when engaging with that business (i.e. would you stop using a gambling card)? What concerns does this approach generate? Is this practice is ethical? Please be sure to explain.
